Whenever a customer submits an inquiry for your venue, you’ll receive a mail for the address, you designate. This mail outlines the essential details of the inquiry. It also includes a few links that will take you directly to where you need to respond.

The FAST TRACK RESPONSE facility allows you to respond with no need for login.
To access the inquiry on the platform with the full functionality, a link is provided for that too (login required).
Most proposals may be prepared and sent to the customer in less than 2 minutes.
If you have a frame-agreement with the customer, all relevant information, including agreed rates and terms, is available in the project.
